Dancing from the Heart
Our adult Freestyle dance program with the spice of Persian dance is designed for individuals who want to experience the joy of movement through Freestyle dance. This class is perfect for those who want to learn the fundamentals of dancing and have some experience in Persian or any other dance.
What we learn in this class are including:
- Understanding the meaning of some terminologies in dancing such as; weight, balance, forms, and dimension,
- Finding a good posture in your body and creating some beautiful Persian miniature gestures,
- Bringing patterns, lines, and shapes into a nice combination,
- Understanding the concept in dance and telling the story with your movements,
- and, having more control over your facial expressions.

Group Freestyle Dance Classes
8:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Online or In Studio
– If you register for the full course but want to leave us for any reason up to 24 hours after the first session, you can get a full refund.
– If we do not meet the minimum registration capacity for each class, we will reschedule the class’s start date. We also offer to refund the full amount or keep the amount you paid as a credit for your next class registration.
– All session times are in the Toronto time zone (Eastern Standard/Daylight Time) and prices are in Canadian dollars.
