Dance Class Rules and Regulations
By registering for our class, each student agrees to abide by the following rules and policies.
Group Class Rules:
1- Please notify us if you cannot attend a session.
2- Minimum attendance is 3 people. A session with less than 3 attendees after 10 minutes will be canceled (not postponed), and credit given to present students.
3- In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, the in-studio class will be held if at least 3 students are present. If fewer than 3 students are present, the class will be conducted on Zoom and will not be rescheduled.
4- No refunds 24 hours after the first session.
5- Payment for single sessions must be made 24 hours before class. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before class for a refund.
6- Course videos will be online until the last session.
7- No friends allowed in class except on designated viewing days or with the instructor’s permission.
8- Please arrive on time, ready for class.
9- Do not enter the studio before the designated class time.
Private Class Rules:
1- Payment must be made 24 hours before class. Sessions not paid for will be canceled.
2- Cancellations must be made 3 hours before class for refund or rescheduling.
3- Arrive on time, ready for class.
Refunds:
1- No refunds 24 hours after the first session of group classes.
2- Cancellations for single sessions must be made 24 hours before class.
3- Cancellations for private sessions must be made 3 hours before class.
Photography/Video:
I give permission for my and my child’s photographs/videos to be used for publicity and advertising.
Liability Release Form and Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in dance classes may result in personal injury. I assume all risks and release NikAnooheh Dance from responsibility for any personal injury or property damage/loss that may occur. I will report any unsafe conduct or conditions to the owners.
Parental Consent
Prior to attending the first session, it is mandatory for all parents to complete the Parental Consent Form.
