Our unique program uses advanced training techniques to make the learning curve easy for everyone, breaking down the moves and focusing on having fun and connecting with your partner. You’ll learn the 4 salsa basic steps, 5 simple turns to spice up your salsa dancing, multiple steps to switch places with your partner, 3 hot shines (Solo), and 3 patterns to bring everything you’ve learned together. In addition to the physical benefits of dance, you’ll also learn about the theory of dance and how it helps mental and physical health, body styling, and conditioning.
With Salsa & Bachata, you’ll improve your flexibility, balance, and mental focus, while also making new friends and bonding with your partner. We even provide tips to avoid common mistakes as you progress and ensure that you’re following proper salsa etiquette.

As a single or a couple, make the most of our classes by attending in-person, exercising with happy people around you, and forgetting the outside world!

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Salsa and Bachata dancing involve a lot of spins and turns, so make sure you wear shoes with a smooth sole that will not stick to the floor.
